In 2015, SPC saw a decrease in students completing their degree. The Student Services team partnered with Swim to create a completion strategy that would address this problem.  St. Petersburg College engaged us to oversee the strategic planning, brand development and value propositions for The College Experience. In order to create The College Experience, Swim determined contributing factors for the low utilization of student support services, reengineered communications strategies, created a communications plan that engages a student from inquiry to first term, and developed a college-wide process and communications strategy that ensures students have one SPC experience.


As a result of this branded strategy, SPC saw an increase in success rates for African American males by 16% and Hispanic males by 15.8% in the first 12 months. The College Experience has also gained SPC national recognition for their commitment to student engagement and retention.
