Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) is respected throughout the midwest region for their strong brand and community reputation. To ensure that they remained on the forefront of service delivery across the main and satellite campuses, they implemented a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to assist with prospective and current student communications. They reached out to Swim for assistance with creating the process that will move students through the onboarding and enrollment phases, along with the time- and trigger-based flows of communication that should take place once they have become a student. Working with key stakeholders within all areas of the institution, Swim developed a process map and communications plan for the institution, and trained staff and technical teams on its deployment.
