Swim Digital Group is a higher education consulting firm dedicated to helping colleges and universities recruit, enroll, and support students more effectively. We believe access to education changes lives, and our work is rooted in clarity and strong execution.

The Associate Solutions Consultant plays a key administrative and coordination role in supporting Swim’s Client Services and Project Management teams. This position focuses on organization, follow-through, and execution, helping ensure deliverables move forward smoothly and internal teams stay aligned. The Associate Solutions Consultant drives follow-ups, prepares materials, completes first-level reviews, and supports communication across engagements.

Most work is completed remotely, with occasional travel to support client visits or events.

  • Supporting the Client Services and Project Management teams by driving deliverables, follow-ups, reminders, and next step
  • Coordinating internal handoffs and ensuring required inputs are gathered on time
  • Preparing and organizing client-facing materials, including agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up documentation

  • Tracking deliverables and outstanding follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Supporting meeting logistics, scheduling, and preparation
  • Maintaining well-organized digital files, folders, and documentation
  • Assisting with site visit preparation, itineraries, and post-visit documentation
  • Providing clear internal updates on task status and outstanding needs
  • Developing familiarity with client scopes, goals, and timelines to support effective coordination

This role emphasizes administrative execution and internal support rather than strategic decision-making or client ownership.
