The Solutions Consultant role is a client services role that is the primary day-to-day engagement for current clients and the person who oversees service delivery for their clients. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll co-create and design the overall strategy for a client’s specific needs, as well as manage the execution of the project through solutioning, milestone tracking, and consulting. This position is also responsible for sustaining client satisfaction through maintaining superb relationships, providing strategic guidance, and delivering quality assurance related to strategic and digital deliverables. You will drive results related to improving operations, enrollment, organizational management, institutional and project structures, and associated processes for assigned clients, which could consist of marketing plan development, departmental restructuring, technology implementations, and strategic plan development, in addition to the oversight and execution of accounts you serve.
