With more than two decades of experience managing complex, mission-critical systems, Anthony oversees Swim’s financial health and internal infrastructure with a focus on governance, resilience, and future readiness. His professional background includes senior roles at AT&T Labs as a Senior QA Test Engineer certifying VPN Gateway platforms and serving as a business process liaison; at US Bank–Elavon, where he led end-to-end POS certification efforts centered on risk mitigation and compliance; and at IBM, where he managed global helpdesk teams supporting enterprise operations.
Anthony is recognized for his steady and methodical leadership style, bringing clarity and discipline to complex decisions. Within Swim, he serves as a grounding force and trusted voice of reason, known for fairness, reliability, and principled decision-making. His leadership ensures that people, processes, and technology remain aligned as the firm grows, positioning Swim to operate responsibly, adapt strategically, and sustain impact over time.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa and is bilingual, with advanced proficiency in French.
