Louisiana State University-Eunice was facing significant issues with its application and enrollment processes. Prospective students, particularly those from nontraditional backgrounds, found the experience confusing and overwhelming. The process lacked clear guidance and support, especially for students unfamiliar with college systems, leading to anxiety and uncertainty about how to proceed.

In order to better understand the challenges LSUE was facing with the student experience, Swim conducted the following research activities:

To support LSUE’s growth and engagement, we played a key role in their 2022 convocation, helping to set the tone for the academic year. Additionally, Swim created targeted advertisements to boost student recruitment and developed strategic, automated communications to streamline the onboarding process for new students. These efforts were aimed at enhancing both student engagement and the overall enrollment experience.
